Much like a sound that's been going on forever, but suddenly becomes annoying, and from that point on, will forever be annoying, it's Harrison Ford's finger.
I never knew.
Now I can never un-know.

My only hope is to come up with a drinking game based on this commonly unobserved phenomenon.
